This year’s Braunston Historic Boat Show was once again very well organised and we were again made to feel very welcome.
 
We were based in the Stop House garden, with our ever-present and popular face painting team also present.
Sadly Saturday proved to be a complete washout due to torrential rain from late morning, to the point the majority of traders shut up shop as did we in view of the flooding.
 
However, Sunday saw conditions much improved and the public duly returned in their numbers.
For the second year running the Charity was presented with a cheque for the sum of £200. This was presented by the CEO of Canal and Rivers Trust, and Mr Tim Coghlan MD of Braunston Marina.
