LNBP were pleased to welcome a very local-based group from the village as part of our Braunston Week Community Days programme.

A group from Braunston Scouts, Cubs and Guides made the very short trip down to Bottom Lock to visit us and enjoy an evening out on the Grand Union Canal on board Lancelot and Guinevere.

It is always great when we can welcome young people to the boats to experience a trip on the wonderful canals in and around the Braunston and further afield, and particularly to introduce those youngsters who are local to our boats and will have probably seen the canals which are on their doorstep but perhaps not experienced a trip out or know much about them.

And as the pictures show it looks as if our visitors had a great time.
