The dates may have changed for this year but our annual attendance at The Crick Boat Show was another success.
Held from Friday 20th to Sunday 22nd August and once again at Crick Marina in Northamptonshire, the event may have been scaled down from its usual size with none of the usual trip boats (which LNBP operate for the event), our face painters and fairground rides, and also less general stalls in the marketplace. However the show organisers worked hard and are to be congratulated on providing a great event under the circumstances.
From our perspective, we talked and showed the boat to lots of generous people throughout the days and promoted the project to the local boating community, including the historic boat owners. And as usual donations to continue our work were gratefully received.

Dates for the diary: the 2022 Crick Boat Show will be held from 2nd to 5th June 2022 given the change in bank holidays due to the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Celebrations.
Casting our mind back a few weeks now to the @CrickShow.
It may have been put back a few months from its usual Whitsun slot, but it was nice to be back and to see so many people once again
Looking forward to '22 already.#crickboatshow #communityboating #lnbpbraunston pic.twitter.com/iMsPaXLY9w
