If you have enjoyed a holiday on the canals and inland waterways, you will know and appreciate what a great experience canal boating can be.

Perhaps you are a satisfied customer and have already enjoyed a canal boating holiday and experience with us.

Then why not consider helping our work by becoming a Member of LNBP Community Boating?

All subscriptions are credited to the Bursary Fund through which we subsidise those who are less fortunate than ourselves. For many it is the first holiday they have had and introduces them to the joys, great experience and new horizons that the canals and inland waterways offer.

Membership of LNBP is only £30.00 per year at present, is open to individuals or groups, and comes with many tangible benefits.

Benefits of membership with LNBP

 As a member, you will receive

1. a £50 discount voucher valid for two years. An individual member can transfer their voucher to a group. This voucher is in addition to other discounts we operate for early bookings and self-steer hire. Your voucher is valid for use in the calendar year after you become a member.
2. a copy of our quarterly ‘e-newsletter’ informing you of what is happening at LNBP along with reports from other hirers that may give you ideas.
3. A LNBP Member’s metal badge.
4. An invitation to the AGM of LNBP and the BBQ / meal that follows. Our AGM is our only gathering of the year and attracts trustees, our committee members, our skippers and our face painting team
5. An invitation to our Members Day, a chance to enjoy a social day with fellow members on our boats at Braunston.

 

Also, there is an added incentive of by becoming a member of LNBP if your group books with us on an annual basis. For any year that you do not have a discount voucher allocated, we will keep the price for the following year at the price you paid in the current year if booked before 31^st December.

 

Also bear in mind that if you were to join us as an individual member and are currently a UK tax-payer, your £30.00 membership is worth £37.50 to LNBP. (Gift aid declaration required which we can supply)

Just think, your Membership will go towards giving those perhaps less fortunate than ourselves a subsidised, if not free, holiday on the canals.
