Booking Procedure

1. Read the Booking Conditions.  (They may have changed)
2. Look at the Bookings Indicator
   to see if your desired dates have already been taken.
3. E-mail or phone LNBP to confirm that your desired dates are still available.
4. You will receive a Booking Reference Number to complete your Form.
5. Print off and fill in the Booking Form with as much detail as you can.
6. Send the Form to the address above , along with your Booking Deposit of £100 ,
   and any other details requested by our Bookings Officer.
7. Your Booking will then be Confirmed by LNBP.
8. You will receive a Hirers Information Pack
